Delivery is scheduled anytime between 7am-7pm. We are unable to provide a specific time for delivery. As with nearly all other online retail companies we are unable to compensate for delivery delays due to using a 3rd party courier service If you need to pop out on the day of delivery you can stick a note on your door with additional instructions e.g. Leave with a neighbour / Leave in garage etc. Please be aware all deliveries left safe are there for done at your own liability. This includes inside of flats they will only be able to deliver the item to the front main entrance of the building itself. We will endeavour to meet our quoted delivery dates, however please be aware occasional delays beyond our control can delay deliveries i.e. weather, traffic, etc. If such delays occur we will contact you as soon as is possible to advise of the likely delivery timescale. Messages sent on Fridays/Weekends will be responded to on Mondays (Bank Holiday exceptions). Please do not send DUPLICATE messages as this duplicates our work and adds to the message response time. All messages are responded to in time and date order, thank you for your patience. Please do not leave a voice message and duplicate with an eBay message as this duplicates our work. This is why we can confidently offer you 30 working days, starting from the day after you receive your delivery, in which you can cancel your order should you not be completely satisfied. We can only accept products for return with their original packaging in the condition they were delivered

Mattresses, Chair Beds
and Beds
We strongly advise that customers that buy mattresses try them on their beds with the packaging on them first, and only remove the packaging when you are completely sure that you are happy with the product. As with nearly all mattress retailers we are unable to accept "used" mattresses for return for health and hygiene reasons. By "used" we mean mattresses that have been removed from their original packaging. Flat packed furniture As with nearly all furniture retailers we are unable to accept flat packed furniture that has been erected or semi-erected.

Returns
Policy We can only accept products for return with their original packaging in the
condition they were delivered. Please Note: Unwanted orders will be collected subject to a £15-£30 charge
depending on your order (to cover the carrier's charges) this also includes
failed deliveries after 3 attempts and refused orders at the point of delivery.
This does not apply to products which are faulty - these will be
